According to the ranking of "La guida delle guide 2010", Redibis is at 4th place among the best restaurants in Umbria. The guide, released as a supplement to the magazine CLASS, includes the best 1200 restaurants in Italy, according to a classified assessment of the major magazines (Espresso, Gambero Rosso, Michelin, Touring, Accademia Italiana della Cucina).

Redibis achieves this through the following assessment:

- Espresso 8

- Gambero Rosso 8

- Michelin 7

- Touring 8

CLASS gave to the Redibis the overall grade of 8. In Umbria only Vissani, Poggiomanente and Villa Roncalli are better than Redibis.
